General Assembly

General Assembly is the ultimate decision-making body of the consortium. It’s responsible for the overall direction of the project and is composed of one representative of each partner.

The General Assembly will decide on the following issues:
• the preparation and final approval of the annual implementation plan
• all budget related matters
• the alterations of the consortium agreements
• the acceptance of new partners as well as the exclusion of partners
• the premature completion/ termination of the project

General Assembly meetings take place at least once a year.
