The PCC is responsible for:
supporting the Coordinator in fulfilling his obligations towards the
Commission
|
ensuring that all work meets functional requirements
|
providing project management in relation to the Scientific Advisory Board
|
reviewing and proposing to the General Assembly budget transfers in accordance
with the Contract , Consortium Agreement and the annual Implementation Plan
|
proposing changes in work sharing, budgets and participants to the General
Assembly
|
deciding on the annual implementation plan for approval by the General
Assembly
|
deciding on the annual
reports (activity and financial reports) prior to its submission to the
European Commission
|
agreeing on press releases
and joint publications
|
deciding on the measures of
controls and audit procedures to ensure the effective day-to-day
co-ordination and monitoring of the progress of the technical work affecting
the project as a whole
|
co-ordination at the
consortium level of knowledge management and innovation-related activities
|
overseeing the promotion of
the ethical aspects and the gender equality in the project
|
will appoint a Scientific
Advisory Board
|
